Very spacious villa with space for a large group, we werw 11 adults and a small baby. The outside kitchen and barbeque were amazing. Only downside is the number of steps. This villa wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues or with very young children. The pool was a great focal point and there were plenty of sunbeds. It is only a short walk into the village or to the beach, a perfect location

This was our second stay at the Villa,
Had an amazing time. We spent most of our time outside, in the pool or sitting a one of the many seating areas. About 15-20 minutes into Alvor where we found some great restaurants and bars.
Only downside is the number of steps.
I would suggest a rail of some kind just for safety. Other than that a fantastic place to make great memories.

Villa better than expected. Three parts of family stayed and easy to arrange bedrooms etc. Outside spaces were amazing with four bedrooms with own balconies. Would recommend a car as very hot and not keen on walking or getting a bus

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa it was well equipped and had everything that we needed, the pool area was great for the children. Aart met us when arriving and showed us around the villa. We would recommend to anyone wanting to hire a fab villa.

We had a great stay at this villa. We travelled as 3 families of 4, plenty of space for all our families to be comfortable. Pool was a fab size for all the children, they loved it. Great facilities. Some of the slabs around the pool are loose which is a concern, and there are areas of tiredness but it is generally well maintained and we had no issues. The air conditioning is pay on arrival, we had a couple of issues with some of the units stopping working on the first night but Aart came over first thing the next morning to sort out and left us with better instructions should it happen again – which it did but all ok. Great location for Alvor, lovely walk after a lovely evening meal. We had a great stay and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa for a week in June. Pool was great, rooms were lovely and spacious. Communication with Aart was very good and he was very attentive when we had any issues. About a 10 minute walk into Alvor which is great on an evening. Quite a lot of noise from the local hotel next door during the day and a couple of evenings, but other than that would highly recommend this place.

Perfect for a group our size (10).
Lovely outside cooking area and the pool was a great alternative to the many beaches in the area.
We could not fault it in any way – although the number of steps that you have to climb on a regular basis might cause elderly guests problems

We stayed at the villa for a week – we were a family group of adults and teenagers. The villa was perfect for our group as there were so many different terraces – plenty of space to gather all together but also all have our own space! The facilities overall were excellent. The only thing I think could be made a bit clearer was the number of steps in and around the villa – we counted 133 in total! Whilst just about ok for the older members of our group, for anyone with mobility issues or very small children it might be tricky. Overall though this is an absolutely fantastic villa in a great location. Thank you!

The Villa is set on top of the hill overlooking the town with a sea view and only a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Alvor. The accommodation is excellent, although you may find it difficult to cook for a large party of 12 in one oven, although the BBQ is fantastic and there are restaurants a plenty close by. The property manager, Aart greets you on arrival which is a lovely touch and shows you around the property. The only downside to the property is accessibility if you are not fit and active as there a lot of steps leading to the villa itself. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. So much so we have booked again for next year. Thank you for having us all and we can’t wait until next year. The Newcombe family.

Having been to Alvor several times before we decided to bring the whole family out to experience what Alvor has to offer, Villa Vita Nova did not disappoint anyone.
It is an absolutely stunning villa with lovely views over the horizon. Whether you wanted to be on your own, or together as a family, every room in this very spacious villa was immaculately presented.
The pool was also very impressive and to our surprise there was a box of pool equipment ie. lilo, balls, bats, rings etc. for us to use. Night lights came on in the evening and it was just beautiful.
As the details state it’s a 10 minute walk to the lovely town of Alvor, with a supermarket just a 5 minute walk from the villa and on the way to the town. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the beach.
Aart called in to greet us shortly after our arrival and all communication with Aart, throughout the whole booking process and any other query after, was excellent.
This is truly an amazing villa and we would recommend it in the highest possible terms to any future holiday maker.

Mooie ruime, huiselijk villa met veel slaapkamers en badkamers. Goede bedden en heerlijke douches. Heerlijk zoutwater zwembad (beter dan chloor), goed wifi en heerlijk uitgebreide keuken.
Het is wel veel trappenlopen vooral voor de wat oudere mensen.
Aanbeveling: buitenkoelkast, schaduwdoek boven terras en langere lakens/dekens
